Student Accounts

The Student Accounts Team is available to assist students with many important functions of attending the University of Providence.

Assistance includes paying your bill, administering payment plans, processing refunds, processing year end 1098 tax forms, and processing third party payment authorization requests.

Where can I view/pay my bill?

Students: Need to log into their MyArgoExpress account with their Student Account number along with their pin. Select Student Tab, Student Account, Account Detail by Term, choose the appropriate term for the drop down menu. Click the Pay Now button, this will take you to our secure payment gateway. You will need to log in again using your MyArgoExpress credentials. Within the payment gateway you can set up an authorized user, if someone else will be paying your student account. If the student has set you up as an Authorized Payer, then you can access your account here.

  • Payment Plans are set up following the above instructions. Once you have re-entered your credentials into the secure payment gateway, choose payment plans and follow the prompts.

How do I receive my refund?

Students may pick up their refund check in Argo Central on the refund date, after presenting a photo ID. Distance students may request to have their refund checks mailed to them. Checks will be mailed to the address on file. After 10 business days any checks that have not been picked up will be mailed to the mailing address on file.
