We look forward to sharing our campus community with you, along with highlighting the essence of Great Falls, Montana. We offer two options for future Argos to explore the University of Providence.
Option 1: Personalized On-Campus Visits
We are excited to be able to once again offer you the opportunity to visit us in person! Please complete our visit request form to begin scheduling your visit. Our campus visits normally include a meeting with admissions counselor, tour of campus, and if you are being recruited for a sports team, an in-person conversation with your coach and an Athletic Director. Additional appointments with departments and programs may be requested. To ensure your visit with us is a wonderful experience, it is ideal that you make your request to visit campus at least 3-5 business days prior to the date of your planned visit.
Option 2: Attend a UP Visit Day.

9:00 – 10:00 AM – Welcome Breakfast and Student Panel: Hear firsthand from our students on their experiences at UP.
10:00 – 11:00 AM – Get a feel for the Academic Culture: observe the learning experience and interact with current students in a classroom setting.
11:00 – 11:30 AM – UP Overview: Meet key leadership and learn about the exciting things happening at UP.
11:30 – 12:00 PM – Campus Tour: Take a tour of our beautiful 44-acre campus.
Option 3: Virtual Visits
This experience will require you to have the ability to log into a Zoom, Skype for Business, or Microsoft Teams video conferencing call with both audio and video capabilities. Your visit coordinator will ask for your preference at the time the visit is set up.
Your virtual visit will last no longer than two hours. During the video conferencing call you will be able to speak directly with your Admission Counselor, Financial Aid representative, Academic Success Counselor, and faculty from your preferred program. If you are being recruited for a sports team, a conversation with your coach and an Athletic Director will also be included for you in the virtual setting. During these conversations you will have the chance to interact and ask questions of these experts just as you would in person. Upon the completion of your personalized conference call your Admission Counselor will send you a video which will provide you a digital campus tour.
General Visit Information
All visits, both on-campus and virtual, are offered Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST/MDT with the exception of federal and religious holidays and weekends.
Prior to submitting your visit request please indicate in the comment section if morning or afternoon is preferred. If you need to cancel/change your requested visit time, please reach out to us at 406.791.5202 at least 48 hours in advance to your scheduled time.
