The University of Providence will only advertise events sponsored by the university, whether it is a university department, student life, organization, or club. Email marketing@uprovidence.edu with any questions.
Marketing Brief
Anyone looking to promote an event or idea related to the University of Providence must submit a Marketing Brief. This includes but is not limited to: social media posts, web articles, press releases, overall marketing coverage, etc. This will help the marketing team determine how to best support your projects that support the university. Brand Guidelines
The visual identity for the University of Providence is a powerful symbol of who we are. When our visual identity is portrayed deliberately, it reinforces UP’s distinction and strength. When it is portrayed consistently, it helps make UP memorable in the minds of those we reach.
It is important to use the same graphic elements to deliberately and consistently represent the university. Our brand guide provides guidelines for use of the university logos in all formats.

All social profiles made in 2023 or later using the University of Providence must get permission from the Marketing and Communications department.
