Board of Trustees

Carol Bronson is the Director of Community Initiatives & Grants Management for NeighborWorks, Great Falls. She actively works to preserve the culture of historic Downtown Great Falls, a Certified Main Street Community. Montana’s Governor Steve Bullock appointed Carol to the Montana Historic Preservation Review Board in 2014.

She is currently an ex-officio member of the planning corporation looking to create Montana’s first National Heritage Area along the Upper Missouri River. She is the former executive director for the national Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Foundation, which has approximately 40 chapters nationwide and a library and archives at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center in Great Falls. She also served for 22 years on the Historic Preservation Advisory Commission for Great Falls­Cascade County. She has a B.A. from the University of Oregon Honor’s College. She and her husband have two sons.
