Father Shea recently retired after serving for 54 years as a priest in the Diocese of Helena, with 35 years at Carroll College in administration and teaching. Father Shea was also the pastor and minister of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Parish for 26 years.
He has experience and great interest in higher education especially private, Catholic liberal arts colleges, and wishes to be of service to both the University of Providence and the kingdom of God throughout the world.
