As Sister Resource: Mission Heritage my ministry is to be a resource providing materials, history, sacred stories, and information to assist Senior/Core Leaders, management leaders, caregivers, physicians and volunteers in living the Providence Mission and Value, and the heritage and legacy of the Providence, Dominican, and St. Joseph of Orange Sisters. I assist in providing education, values enrichment, ethical/moral perspective and mentoring for value-based standards of behavior in relation to the Mission and Values of Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital. My primary role is to be present as a listening, facilitating, observing, guiding, and motivating resource person for Mission and Values integration.
