In order to better serve you, all rooms must be booked with at least a 48-hour notice. No changes accepted after that. If you have any questions with the event set-up form, please contact Facilities at 406-791-5289. This form is for event set-up only. Contact Food Service at 406-791-5257 and Information Services at 406-791-5326 prior to filling out this form to arrange food, technology, and sound support. No event is final until you receive a confirmation.
